Mr. Monaghan has a proven track record of creating shareholder value in the mining industry. He has been involved in capital raises totaling more than $100 million for exploration projects around the globe and has worked with a number of companies that were subject to M&A, including True Gold Mining Inc. (acquired by Endeavour Mining Corp.), Canplats Resources Corp. (acquired by Goldcorp Inc.), Western Prospector Group Ltd. (acquired by a subsidiary of China Nuclear National Corp.), Nu Energy Uranium Corp. (acquired by Mega Uranium) and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (which merged with Goldcorp in 2005). Mr. Monaghan holds an MBA from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a diploma in public relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
Gerald G. (Gerry) Carlson, PhD, P Eng

Gerry Carlson's career has spanned four decades of precious and base metal exploration throughout the Americas, but focused on Yukon and northern British Columbia. His career has included independent consulting assignments and management of exploration programs for both junior and major mining companies. He is a past President of AMEBC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines). He is a recipient of the SEG's Ralph Marsden Award for distinguished service and CIM's J.C. Sproule Award for the advancement of geology and mineral exploration in the Yukon.
Danette Schwab, P.Geo
Vice President Exploration
Ms. Schwab is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (Earth Science) from Simon Fraser University in 2001. Ms. Schwab has 18 years of experience in mining and mineral exploration and is the Chair of the Vancouver Mining Exploration Group (Vancouver MEG). Previously, she was a Senior Exploration Geologist for Brixton Metals, NovaCopper and Fronteer Gold (acquired by Newmont for $2.3B in 2011), Project Manager for Riverside Resources and Project Geologist for NovaGold and Balmoral Resources. Ms. Schwab has experience exploring for a number of deposit types, including porphyry copper-gold, Carlin-style gold, sediment-hosted copper, orogenic gold, epithermal gold and VMS.
C. Paul Jago, MSc., PGeo
Mr. Jago has nearly 20 years’ experience in mining and mineral exploration in Canada and the U.S. with a focus on porphyry systems. Most recently, Paul worked for Centerra Gold Inc. (“Centerra”) as Exploration Manager, Generative - North America. Prior to Centerra, Mr. Jago was a Regional Geologist with B.C.’s Ministry of Energy and Mines with responsibility for the northcentral and northeast regions. Paul has also worked for Freeport McMoRan (exploration geologist at the Sierrita and Bagdad copper-molybdenum mines in Arizona), Teck Resources (exploration geologist at the Lorraine alkalic porphyry copper-gold deposit), and Placer Dome (graduate studies geologist at the Mount Milligan alkalic porphyry copper-gold deposit). Mr. Jago is a Professional Geoscientist registered with Engineers and Geoscientists B.C. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree (Geology/Geomorphology/GIS) from the University of Toronto. While completing his Master of Science degree at UBC (Geological Sciences), he worked as a research scientist at UBC’s Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU).
Salvador Miranda, M.Sc

Mr. Miranda's career working with public companies in administrative and financial roles has spanned over 20 years. He is currently CFO of GFM Resources Limited and NWM Mining Corporation. He has also served as CFO for EnWave Corporation, Newstrike Capital Inc. and Exmin Resources Inc. He is past President and Treasurer of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Council for the Americas and past President of the Mexican Business Association of Canada.
Arie Page, LLB
Arie Page obtained her law degree in 2004 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2005. Ms. Page currently serves as corporate secretary to several public resource companies in the minerals sector including Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd., Bravada Gold Corporation, Southern Silver Exploration Corp. and Valterra Resource Corporation.
