Pacific Ridge Enters Into Investor Relations Agreement With Us-Based National Media Associates

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") with the Los Angeles area firm National Media Associates ("NMA") to conduct media awareness programs on behalf of the Company. Headed by Mr. George Duggan, NMA is a long-term media-relations specialist in the natural resource and gold exploration sectors. Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will pay NMA a monthly fee of US$1,500 for a six-month term, subject to cancellation after the first four months of service, with possibility of renewal by mutual consent after the initial term. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company proposes to grant incentive stock options to NMA, allowing for the purchase of up to 200,000 shares in the capital of the Company for a period of two years, priced in accordance with the market. The Agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
